Kolping Residence offers a variety of different single rooms. All the rooms are furnished and in extremely good condition. If you wish for a landline in the room, that can be arranged through the telephone company.

Please note: these are rooms for rent for single men and women, not apartments. Bathrooms are shared and separated by sex.

Requirements: One month rent and one month deposit, last 4 pay stubs, working or students, credit check.

Prices start at $925/mo plus a $25 refrigerator rental fee. Depending on the size of the room price may vary.
